The Atlanta Single-Cell Omics and Analytics Initiative (ASCOmAI) held their annual meeting at AWSOM25 on Wednesday and Thursday, April 16 and 17, 2025 at Morehouse School of Medicine.
Bridging key strengths in single cell genomics at Georgia Tech, Emory University, and Morehouse School of Medicine, all located in Atlanta, Georgia, this workshop showcased our expertise and featured keynote speakers from across the country.
This two-day workshop highlighted short talks in the areas of bioinformatics/single-cell analytics and experimental applications of single-cell technologies (e.g., scRNAseq, snATACseq, spatial transcriptomics) for biological, clinical, and translational research.
