The Atlanta Single-Cell Omics and Analytics Initiative (ASCOmAI) held their annual meeting at AWSOM24 on Thursday and Friday, April 11 and 12, 2024 at Georgia Tech.
Bridging key strengths in single cell genomics at Georgia Tech, Emory University, and Morehouse School of Medicine, all located in Atlanta, Georgia, this workshop showcased our expertise and featured keynote speakers from across the country.
This two-day workshop highlighted short talks in the areas of bioinformatics/single-cell analytics and experimental applications of single-cell technologies (e.g., scRNAseq, snATACseq, spatial transcriptomics) for biological, clinical, and translational research.
We look forward to seeing you next year at our fourth annual meeting at AWSOM25 on April 10 and 11, 2025 at Emory University!
Registration for AWSOM24 is closed.
